Right Of Withdrawal

Cancellation policy 

When you shop with us, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Cancellation Act. This means that you can withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the item(s). 

How do you exercise your right of withdrawal? 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods. You can:

Terms of return 

The item must be returned in its original condition, without damage and in the original packaging where possible. 

You are responsible for the costs of return, and for ensuring that the product is packaged properly so that it is not damaged during transport. 

The item must be returned within 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel. 

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: 

• Custom-made or specially ordered pergolas that are manufactured to your specifications (e.g. customized dimensions, color or material as desired). 
• Goods that have already been assembled or used and therefore cannot be sold as new. 
• Products with broken original seals in the case of accessories that, for hygienic reasons, cannot be returned after opening. 

If you are unsure whether your product is covered by the right of withdrawal, please contact us before opening or installing the item. 

Refund 

• Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount (including standard shipping) within 14 days. 
• The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase. 
• In the event of a reduction in value due to unnecessary handling, we may make a deduction from the refund.
