Returns and Complaints Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please follow the guidelines below. 

1. Right of withdrawal 

You have 14 days to cancel your order from the day you receive it, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Cancellation Act. The item must be returned in its original condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging. 

2. How to return an item   

  • Contact our customer service at info@pergosol.no to register the return.  
  • Pack the item securely in the original packaging. 
  • Send the item to our return address:

3. Return costs   

The customer covers the return costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item or defective product). If the complaint is approved, we cover the return shipping. 

4. Refund 

Once we have received and approved the return, the amount will be refunded within 14 days. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase. 

5. Complaints  

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within a reasonable time for further instructions. We follow the Consumer Purchase Act and offer repair, exchange or refund depending on the situation.
