Shipping guidelines 

Shipping options and delivery time 

We offer delivery throughout Norway. Standard delivery time is normally between 3–7 business days, depending on where in the country you live and the availability of the item. Estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout before your order is completed. 

Shipping costs 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and shipping method selected. Certain products or promotions may qualify for free shipping - if so, this will be clearly marked. 

Delivery methods

Delivery is usually made with our logistics partners, such as PostNord, Bring or similar using the Agreed Delivery service. For larger items, delivery can be made on a pallet to the curb.

Important about delivery address and access 

When delivering larger items, there must be a road suitable for trucks all the way to the delivery address. If the access road is not suitable, delivery cannot be carried out, and the customer may be contacted for an alternative delivery solution or additional costs may be imposed.

Picking up goods 

If you have chosen to pick up the item yourself from our logistics center, you will be notified when the item is ready for pickup from the selected pickup location.  

Tracking 

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery. 

Defects or damage upon delivery 

If there is visible damage to the packaging upon receipt, please note this on the delivery note and contact us immediately. Hidden damage must be reported to customer service within a reasonable time.
